Excellent location: 1 minute on foot to the centre of San Vincenzo with all facilities; 5 minutes by car to vist the famous medieval villages of Populonia, Suvereto, Castagneto and Bolgheri.

Possibility of daily excursions to the isles of the Tuscan archipelago: isle of Elba, Giglio, Pianosa.
The apartments, two-rooms and studio apartments, 3/5 beds, are all endowed with cooking zone perfectly equipped of dishwasher, microwave oven, refrigerator/freezer, air conditioning, TV/SAT LCD with overseas channels, internet wireless, little safe, iron and ironing-board,phon. Bed, bath and kitchen linen with weekly change.
