The Hotel and Residence "Villa Lo Scoglietto", on the sea, surrounded by an ever green park, is located in San Vincenzo cirectly on the beach. Our guests can reach the beach in bathing-suit and have shower, sun umbrellas and chaise-longues at their disposal. Paying an additional price, it is also possible to play water sports as water-skiing and sailing or to rent pedal boats or small boats.

The Hotel "Villa Lo Scoglietto" has three stars category, its opened all year around, the management is family type. It'offers an overnight stay and breakfast takes place in a wide dining-room. The bedrooms have all kinds of services, satellite T.V.color, safe box, direct dial telephone, fridge-bar (payment extra), heating, air condition and a private balcony. The Hotel has an elevator, solarium, veranda, bar, entertainment hall and wide garden where our clients, during the summer, spend relaxing and happy time with our animation company. The structure is situated in the heart of Tuscany, along the etruscan coast, inside an evergreen park, with mediterranean underwood and directly on the sea. The privilege of the position offers our clients a beautiful view of the islands (Elba, Capraia, Gorgona, until Corsica) where they can choose their favorite relax, sport or amusement. The complex, on the sea, is situated 500 meter from the center of San Vincenzo and close to all major important historical archaeological areas.

The Residence "Villa Lo Scoglietto" is adjoining to the Hotel, it is opened all year around and its right in front of the sea. It has a spacious garden, parking space inside a vast green park and a wide terrace with the view of the sea. The Residence "Villa Lo Scoglietto" has two types of apartment with heating. TYPE A Bilocal (2-4 beds): n°2 double bedroom, with private bath, fridge-bar (payment extra), living room with a sofa (double bed) and a little kitchen. TYPE B Three-local (4-6 beds): n°2 double bedroom, with private bath, fridge-bar (payment extra), living room and a little kitchen. The clients of our Residence can use the same services as the Hotel with a request: they can have served breakfast, cleaning of the apartment, everyday or weekly. Every floor of the apartment, there is the same services as the Hotel room: telephone with direct-dial, safe box, satellite T.V.color. Thanks to the efficient equipment, the structure is able to offer our clients a variety of services: the use of our private beach, with beach umbrella's, deck-chair, sun bed, showers, rent boats, snack-bar, laundry, the use of the solarium, rent a bicycle. Nearby the Hotel it is possible to practice many sports like ping-pong, beach volley, mountain biking, sailing, canoeing, diving, snorkeling, drifting.
