The tourist-residential structure "Villa Livia" is a magnificent building completely restored post in the center of graceful country of St. Vincent, in an area of considerable prestige, offering an overview of the place opened directly on the sea and on the new port.
Since no longer available beach front of the villa, the structure provides beach facilities equipped at the price agreement at the beach nearby that is 100 metres.
The Villa is a stone's throw from the pedestrian area.

SERVICES
Office Reception at the structure Residence Villa Plans No C.so Italy 44 St. Vincent. The beach service for each apartment, consisting of No 1 umbrella and No 2 chairs, will be supplied on demand and availability at the nearby beaches, parking in the garage or in the outside-spaces close to the Villa. In the nearby downtown San Vincenzo you can find various services such market, pizzerias, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, medical service, tabacchini, newsstands.

SPORT
Nearby tennis courts, soccer, bowling, horse riding. Possibility of sports bathing and rental and pedal boats in bathing facilities not far from the villa.
APARTMENTS
They are prepared on the ground floor-basement or attic floor entrances to residential units through corridors-decommitments, stairs or common inputs exclusive. They are all equipped with air conditioning to heat pumps, some with fancoil plant, plant terrestrial TV and satellite receiver, with the interior of high level so the furniture. All apartments have ocean views.
