RESIDENCE VILLA LA CAVALIERA

Villa La Cavaliera is a recently built prestigious building with 25 two-roomed flats on a 5-storey building and a long-trunked tree garden (mainly evergreen oaks). The complex is situated in the South area of San Vincenzo in the residential area on via della Principessa near the beach.

The ground floor flats have a garden, while the ones on the upper floor have a large balcony with a table and chairs. Vertical linkage is provided by two staircases and a lift. On the basement are placed a cabin per flat and the laundry room with basins and washing machines. On the ground floor near the main entrance you find a swimming pool and the reception with personnel speaking German and English.
Flats: the two-roomed flats can sleep 4 people, are beautifully finished and have modern and functional furniture. Satellite antenna TV, table and seats for the garden or the balcony, air-conditioner, ventilation, heating system, hairdryer and safe are provided. Reserved parking place in the car park inside the garden. Every apartment has got beach facilities: one sunumbrella and two deckchairs.

You can easily reach Elba Island and the Tuscan Archipelago from the harbour of Piombino.
You can enjoy the beneficial treatments for your body and soul in Venturina by the baths of Terme della Valle del Sole and Calidario. For the children there is the amusement park “Il Cavallino matto” and the aquatic parks of Cecina and Follonica.
