Santa Cecilia Residence offers a range of apartments in a completely renovated Art Deco building. The heated indoor pool means you can enjoy a swim all year round.

Take in typical views of the harbour from your furnished balcony. Apartments can accommodate up to 6 people and come with marble bathrooms and fully equipped kitchenettes. Laundry facilities are available. Cleaning and changes of linen are provided weekly.

San Vincenzo's pedestrianised area starts just 20 metres from Santa Cecilia Residence, making it easy for you to reach shops, restaurants and cafés. Sandy public beaches are a 5-minute walk away.

In Santa Cecilia's garden you will find a relaxation area. The indoor heated pool is open all year round. Outside you can sunbathe on the loungers laid out for you on the terrace.

A generous breakfast made up of typical local cakes and meats can be served in the garden or directly in your apartment.

As a guest at Residence Santa Cecilia, you can take part in a number of activities organised by a local agriturismo, including seasonal mushroom or olive picking or tasting food produced on site.

Book a boat trip up the coast, visit nearby vineyards, hire bikes or horses or try a new water sport here.

ü Studio: (35mq) It is made up just of a room where the spaces are created by the furniture. The sleeping area with a double bed and a wardrobe, the living area with a kitchenette and a sofa. Bathroom with shower. It is situated at the ground floor with a covered outdoor space with table and chairs (2 persons + 1)

ü Two room apartment: (40mq) two separated rooms, a sitting room with a sofa and a cooking area, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower a terrace or a balcony. It is situated at the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor (3 persons + 1).

ü Three room apartment: (70mq) three separated rooms, a sitting room with a sofa and a cooking area, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds or double bed, a bathroom with shower and a porch, a terrace or a balcony. It is situated at the ground floor, 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor (4 persons +2).

ü Three room apartment superior: (80mq) a sitting room with a sofa and a chimney, a kitchen with dishwasher and oven, 2 bathrooms with shower, a private washing machine, two double bedrooms. It is situated at the attic (4 persons + 2).

Staying in an self-catering suite with the daily tidy-up of the room, daily change of bath towels change of bed linen every other day, breakfast and covered parking. Breakfast, served in the apartment, or in the gazebo on the terrace on the new square of the harbour, is prepared with products coming from the farm Podere l’Agave (fruits organic jams, cinta senese pork cold cuts) along with the typical cakes of the Etruscan Coast, fresh bread, croissants...
