The Residence Podere San Giuseppe is a rural farm, which has been recently restored. It is not far away from the sea and from the centre of San Vincenzo (1,5 Km.). The Residence originally belonged to one of the noblest Tuscan families, the Counts Della Gherardesca. Its location on the via Aurelia between the hills and the seaside and the recent restoration, respecting the original features, have made the building particularly distinctive and characteristic of the region. Surrounded by an olive grove and a large lovingly maintained garden, the residence offers some communal areas,a gazebo with furnishings, a swimming pool for adults and kids equipped with umbrellas and chairs and a small hydromassage zone, a children's play area, a barbecue, a clothes drying-area, private parking making it an ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday .
