 The Residence Podere San Giuseppe is a rural farm, which has been recently restored. It is not far away from the sea and from the centre of San Vincenzo (1,5 Km.). The Residence originally belonged to one of the noblest Tuscan families, the Counts Della Gherardesca. Its location on the via Aurelia between the hills and the seaside and the recent restoration, respecting the original features, have made the building particularly distinctive and characteristic of the region. Surrounded by an olive grove and a large lovingly maintained garden, the residence offers some communal areas,a gazebo with furnishings, a swimming pool for adults and kids equipped with umbrellas and chairs and a small hydromassage zone, a children's play area, a barbecue, a clothes drying-area, private parking making it an ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday . The studios and flats are on the ground and first floors and have been recently refurbished and furnished in traditional Tuscan style with tiled floors. All have colour TV and air conditioning. Apartment-Kind: » A 3 beds (ground floor or first floor): Living-room with cooking corner, double sofa-bed, a bed-armchair and a bathroom. » B 4 beds (ground floor): Living-room with cooking corner and a double sofa-bed, a double room, a bathroom, a wide shed with table and chairs for putside dining. » C beds (first floor): Large living-room with cooking corner and a double sofa-bed, a double room and a bathroom. Possibility to use the common room with a large fireplace and TV-SAT. » D 5 beds (ground floor) : Living-room with cooking corner and a double sofa-bed, a double room, a bed-armchair, a woody shed for outside dining, a bathroom. » E 6 beds (first floor) : Wide living-room with cooking corner and a double sofa-bed, a double room, a double room with two single beds (bunkbed), a bathroom. Possibility to use the common room with a large fireplace and a TV-SAT. Reception, barbecue, children's play area, common room with a large fireplace and a colour TV-SAT, private safe parking, spacious woody sheds and pergolas on the ground floor, a fully equipped swimming pool for adults and children. In San Vincenzo one can find all the necessary facilities such as supermarket, pizzerias, restaurants and chemist's. On request you can book private beach with umbrellas and deckchairs. DESCRIPTION OF THE APARTAMENTS: Studio A 3 Beds (app. n.ri 1; 8): The Residence is composed by 20 apartments (one-room, two-rooms, and three-rooms), all with independent entrances. Some of the apartments are characteristic premises gained from the original structure, others have been recently constructed during the refurbishing works done in the year 2004: all of them are furnished with simple furniture, with nice finishes obtained through the use of typical Tuscan construction materials (wood and tiles). All apartments have air-conditioning and heating, colour TV, and common and private outdoor areas furnished with gazebos and tables Two Roomed Apartment B 4 Beds (app. n.ro 5): ground floor, living room with kitchenette and double sofa-bed, night-area with double bed separated from day-area through the use of a piece of furniture, bathroom, wide furnished porch to have meals outdoors. Two Roomed Apartment C 4 Beds (App. n.ro 10): ground floor, living room with kitchenette and double sofa-bed, night-area with double bed separated from day-area through the use of a piece of furniture, bathroom, wide furnished porch to have meals outdoors. Two Roomed Apartment D 4 Beds (app. n.ri 11; 12): ground floor, living room with kitchenette and double sofa-bed, night-area with double bed separated from day-area through sliding doors, wide furnished porch to have meals outdoors. Two Roomed Apartment E 5 Beds (app. n.ri 2/3): ground floor, wide living room with kitchenette and double sofa-bed, double room with a double bed and a single sofa-bed, bathroom, wide furnished porch to have meals outdoors. Two Roomed Apartment F 5 Beds (camera matrimoniale n.ro 19 - App. monolocale n.ro 20): ground floor, living room with kitchenette, a double sofa-bed and a single sofa-bed, double room, two bathrooms, wide furnished porch to have meals outdoors. Two Roomed Apartment G 5 Beds (app. n.ri 13; 15; 16; 17; 18): ground floor, wide living room with kitchenette, and double sofa-bed, double room with double bed and single sofa-bed, bathroom, wide furnished porch to have meals outdoors. Three Roomed Apartment E 6 Beds (App. n. 9; 14): irst floor or ground floor, wide living room with kitchenette and double sofa-bed, double room with a double bed and a single sofa-bed, single room with two single beds, bathroom. Customers who choose the first floor apartment have direct access to the common living-room with big fireplace and satellite TV, while the ground floor apartment has a wide furnished porch to have meals outdoors.
