Description

A charming building immersed in the green pinewood at San Vincenzo, located 50 metres from the sea, comprising 6 apartments with independent entrances and large shared garden.
Bicycle hire available nearby and beach sports can be enjoyed at the sea.

All apartments are simply and practically furnished.
They all have sitting room, bathroom, double bedroom, and small twin bedroom.
The living room has a kitchenette with microwave, Tv and bed-armchair.
All apartments have a balcony equipped for taking lunch outside, hairdryers, safe.

The 2010 Season: prices per apartment.
May, June, July, September --> stays for 2 or more weeks.
Animals not allowed.

The Prices are all inclusive (water - light - gas).
Each coin for washing machine: 2,50 €.
Sun Umbrella for each apartment.
