Villetta Savestrini, situated 50 metres from the sea is in the area of “La Conchiglia” in San Vincenzo. It has two elegant apartments, one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor, both of which are three room apartments which can accommodate 4 people + 1 ( if requested)

The apartment on the ground floor is made up of a spacious lounge with kitchenette, a double bedroom, children's bedroom, bathroom, utility room with washing machine and external furnished veranda.

The apartment on the first floor is made up of a spacious lounge, small kitchen ( with washing machine), double bedroom, children’s bedroom, bathroom and ample furnished terrace. Each apartment has its own private parking space.

The ample beach, situated near Villetta Salvestrini, is one of the most beautiful of the coast as it is flanked by a large Mediterranean wood ( protected WWF area). The beach is kilometres long and is the perfect place for pleasant walks in complete tranquillity. For whoever prefers more comfort closer to home, there are also tracts of beach equipped with sun loungers etc, where you can relax in comfort in front of the sea.
